Sexual Soulmates: The Six Essentials for Connected Sex, Susan Bratton
Tuesday Sep 27, 2022
Tuesday Sep 27, 2022
We all crave connection. We long for partnership and passion. We pray for sexual ecstasy, rapture, and union. We know in our bones there is more to explore, more pleasure to be had. We want it all. And we want to give our all. But we don't have a map to lead us into that territory. Susan Bratton's Six Essentials for Connected Sex give us that map. Much of the relationship advice we hear is rooted in the belief that “relationships are hard,” and you have to do a lot of healing work before you can love freely. The approach mapped out in Sexual Soulmates turns that model upside down by making playful sex the focal point for healing and transformation. Relationship frustrations melt away in the crucible of what Susan calls "erotic playdates." The time and energy that previously went into the struggle gets redirected. You start to bring out the best in each other—in the bedroom and out —and empower each other to give your gifts to the world. Most men and women don’t have the basic building blocks for sexual fulfillment. This book puts those basics in your hands. These essentials are so obvious, so simple, and so much fun to play with, they can turn your sex life into an outrageous adventure. In a world where digital natives get their sex education from ography, where hookups are practically obligatory, and where everyone’s head is in their phone rather than their heart, Sexual Soulmates provides the antidote by showing people how to feel their natural desire, follow their pleasure, and TRUST that asking for what they want is a surefire way to get it. These simple strategies will transform your sex life into a love-drenched journey of epic-erotic proportions.

Adrienne Gruberg, of ”The Caregiver Space” Shares Life Before Caregiving
Tuesday Sep 20, 2022
Tuesday Sep 20, 2022
The Caregiver Space grew out of a personal need to connect with other caregivers and be part of a community where experiences and feelings could be shared and support could always be gotten. Understanding there are so many causes that make someone a caregiver made this site evolve into a place where a caregiver for any reason, could come and have a place to air their feelings – keeping them in is both exhausting and counter- productive. There are many services available to caregivers of patient with specific needs, but our concern is exclusively to comfort and help the caregiver.
